But Birju and Mayuri had a different thought all together. This love birds decided to have an extravagant destination wedding in traditional Vedic style, so they found this property in India with modern yet Vedic feel with serenity, and came all the way from London to Surat and then to Kolkata in search of this Vedic infrastructural property, Vedic Village Spa and Resort, which is 1 hour away from the city.

This Big fat Gujarati wedding was a 4 days affair with loads of fun and with all the desi rituals. The bride family was from Surat and the groom side was from London. The mom of to be bride, was keen on everything on board for her doting daughter. She wanted to make sure that everyone got an ample dose of Vedic Hindu wedding starting from Ganesh puja, Mehendi ceremony, Pool party, Sangeet with Dandiya night, Morning Wedding and a Reception party in the evening.
