Rahul's Wedding

RAHUL AND MOHINI PALSANIA

“When its time for souls to meet, there is nothing on earth that can prevent STRANGERS from meeting, no matter wherever they are. We believe that the entire universe has conspired to help ‘RAHUL AND MOHINI’ to find each other……Forever….Eternally”

They had a lavish wedding events for 3 days, it was like a marathon of back to back 7 events in 3 days during the chilling winter season of early December 2016. It was real fun planning this complete residential big fat Indian wedding for this family for 6 months. They had it all guest management, logistic management, hospitality management for 3000 local-national-international guests, 7 hotels to manage, 7 events, 200 staffs and crew members, foreign artists, artists form Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata. The warm up started with their pre-wedding music video which we created for them in 3 days in cinematic way, happened to be the talk of the town. So the events started with first day with a greta football match between the bride side and the groom side, and trophy was shared among the two teams as it was a draw match. Then at late evening we started with the joint Bachelorette party with ‘neon theme decor’, DJ, foreign dancers, cake cutting and lots of pouring of cocktails and dance which made everyone go mad till 4am. Next day morning started with Mehendi Carnival mela with meet and greet of the new arrival guests in Bengali Dance style, while in the evening we had the Sangeet ceremony. RJ Varun and anchor Arpita were superb in hosting the show and after the grand success of the performances by both the families, we had our one of the favorite band from Mumbai ‘Maadhyam’, who performed for the crowd with such amazing and fiery foot tapping Bollywood songs that all the family members were in front of the stage dancing in their tunes.

So the next day started with the Haldi ceremony, followed by the famous Bhaat with ‘nani bai ka myra skit’, performed by our talented Evergreen troupe from Kolkata, which was a surprise to the client. Meanwhile the ‘Mask themed Pool party’ was on for all our youngsters on the terrace poolside of the hotel Ramada with our resident DJ. For the evening the Varmala was conceptualized specially for them of a new concept of Kalayapattu theme with Ashtha Lakshmi, which made Jamshedpur stand amazed and dazzled to see such show. It was a Grand Varmala with 35 artistes-effects-lights-on time execution. 7th Heaven created the entire wedding with flawless precision.
